Azimuth Associates is a principal-led manufacturing project leadership firm specializing in custom equipment delivery and ERP/MES software deployments. Founded on the belief that critical projects demand clear ownership, Azimuth provides dedicated leadership to own schedules, budgets, vendors, and execution from kickoff through operational handoff.

Founded by Gabe Wilson, Azimuth draws on a background spanning military manufacturing program management, OEM engine test program management, and manufacturing engineering across test and engine hardware disciplines. His experience includes involvement in dozens of ERP and MES system deployments and implementations, alongside more than a decade of leadership as an officer in the U.S. Army. This combination of technical manufacturing experience and disciplined program leadership forms the foundation of Azimuth's approach: direct accountability, structured execution, and results-driven project delivery.
